eZip Eco-Ride Hybrid Electric Bicycle

The eZip EcoRide electric bike is part of the growing number of electric bikes that are built primarily for the urban commuter. No longer just a novelty or a quaint European fashion, the electric bicycle is becoming seen as a viable "green" alternative to the polluting internal-combustion powered automobile. For the urban commuter, this offers the ability to easily remove the battery pack from the e-bike and recharge it right at their work desk.

The eZip EcoRide electric bike is a classic cruiser design, long on both comfort and durability. The 250 watts of power from the lithium-ion battery pack drives a DC Earth Magnet motor at speeds of up to 15 MPH. With the EcoRide's Pedal Assist System (PAS), the rider can go up to 22 miles between charges. That all adds up to a viable, sustainable, and very eco-friendly way to get to work and back.
