The ScooterX 198cc mini chopper is one of the most powerful mini choppers on the market. While a smaller version of its full size cousins, it still boasts a 350 lb. rider weight capacity, all metal construction (no plastic), a top speed up to 55 MPH, and a range of up to 60 miles.
